The bill (Reg. No. 1484) establishes that: identification and registration of animals shall be exercised at the own expense of legal or natural persons;
identification and registration of animals owned by a natural person might be exercised by a third person (any legal or natural person) at the expense of that person;
natural persons, breeding and managing animals for their own consumption of food products of animal origin, are entitled to reimbursement of expenses on identification and registration of animals on the part of the state; etc.
